Vynagrip Heavy Duty Mat

Designed to withstand all kinds of liquids, Vynagrip provides a superior defence against slippery environments. The mat’s diamond tread pattern delivers unparalleled traction underfoot, which not only helps to reduce the risk of people slipping but also helps to prevent equipment and vehicles from skidding.

Made from non-porous PVC with a two-layer grid construction, this heavy-duty plastic matting features an open grid for excellent drainage, is impermeable to fluids, and can withstand low temperatures without cracking or curling. This winning combination makes Vynagrip the ideal refrigerator floor mat, walk-in freezer floor mat, or slip-resistant mat in any workplace where spillages are likely, including commercial food service areas and industrial environments.

Vynagrip’s non-porous construction also resists bacteria growth and mildew, providing the highest level of hygiene. It’s also perfect for workplaces with standing employees: the two-layer construction provides comfortable cushioning and anti-fatigue properties proven to help boost productivity.

ACOUSTIC	Excellent sound absorption.
ANTI-FATIGUE	10% reduction in fatigue (University of Hertfordshire study, 1997).

COMPOSITION	Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
ELECTRICAL	BS 2782: Part 2 Method 230A. Insulation resistance > 2000M Ω Electric strength = 12,600 volts
ENVIRONMENT	Vynagrip and Vynagrip Plus is 100% recyclable. When manufactured in black, Vynagrip and Vynagrip Plus is made using our post industrial recycled material. The recycled content averages at least 30%, but we strive for 100% wherever possible. We don’t use any substances included in the SVHC list under REACH in any of our matting products.
FIRE	EN ISO 13501-1:2007-Cfl-SI
HYGIENE	Made from non-porous PVC that’s naturally resistant to bacteria growth.
REVERSION	Thermoplastic shrinkage can result in size reductions up to 2%. This may be accelerated in hot environments. You can read more about the causes of shrinkage by downloading this information sheet.
SLIP RESISTANCE	ASTM E303 Dry/Wet with lines along–lines across 87-104 /72-88 DIN 51130: R11, V10
THERMAL	Designed to function at temperatures from -23°C and up to +60°C. Slight size variation may occur at temperature extremes.
UV LIGHT	Resistant to PVC degradation. The red colour isn’t colourfast in direct sunlight.
