Toolwarehouse gives an option to become a re-seller and sell exclusively Toolwarehouse products. To make this possible, Toolwarehouse collects data from the person interested.
Full name, email, and phone are necessary fields required by Toolwarehouse to contact the applicant. Company, subject and message are optional fields that Toolwarehouse asks from its applicant so that we can have a better image/background of the person applying to become a re-seller of Toolwarehouse.
NOTE: Information provided in the “message” field from the user that can make him/her identifiable, will be analysed and if not needed will be deleted instantly.
Contact forms
Toolwarehouse gives an option to contact the company via email for any matter the user needs. To make this possible, Toolwarehouse collects data from the person interested.

The information provided during registration for the newsletter will be used solely for the purpose of mailing the newsletter and catalogue electronically, unless you consent to its use for additional purposes. You may cancel the subscription at any time by using the option to unsubscribe contained in the newsletter.

How long data is retained
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
The following restrictive rules apply for data retention:
- Accounts are kept for 12 months (365 days) counting from the date a user’s logged in for the last time.
- Pending orders are retained for 1 week
- Failed Orders are retained for 2 Days
- Completed orders are kept for 32 Days ( Our Refund/Return policy is 30 Days )
- Data provided during placing a comment will be trashed but can be kept for an indefinite amount of time because we need the information to analyse and take security precautions for spam comments.
- Security logs are retained for 7 days.

Toolwarehouse’s shopping platform uses a total of 4 cookies. For cart and order processing 2 cookies will be stored. This cookies are strictly necessary and can not be turned off. We use those cookies to have persistent cart for your convenience when you add stuff to your cart and close your browser. You can come back and see the items in your cart so you won’t forget or lose your favourite products. We also use the third cookie to identify and find the cart from our database. We use cookies also to track your recently viewed products when you visit a product so that you can call back and visit a product you might have missed.
