PRE ORDERS

Toolwarehouse is proud to present a new feature of our website: Pre orders.

This new plug-in features items that will be arriving at a later period in our warehouses. By this, customers can check on new upcoming products and order them at a price discount.

The process is simple, customers can browse the upcoming products category where all available items for pre-order are listed. In the category, customers can also find all the price discounts that correspond to each product.

Toolwarehouse will only list items up to two months in advance. By preordering, you reserve the product upon arrival. After receiving the payment, Toolwarehouse will send you a confirmation of your order and inform you of the estimated date of arrival. Once we have the item in stock, Toolwarehouse will notify you once the product has arrived.

Although we set an estimated arrival date on each product, sometimes due to circumstances of which we cannot control the product might be delayed. In this scenario, Toolwarehouse will notify immediately the customer via email and set the new arrival date. After making an order from the upcoming list, we offer the customer a 10-day cancellation period where a full refund of the order is viable.
